Dealing with Damaged Products
Upon receiving your item(s), inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If you notice or suspect damage but cannot fully inspect the item, please note this on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) arrive damaged, email photos to support@VitalityandMedical.com for a prompt replacement or refund.
Placing an Order

Tracking Your Order
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with transaction and shipping details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within one business day. While we aim to keep all products in stock, high demand may occasionally cause sell-outs.

Sales Tax Information
We only charge sales tax on orders shipped to Texas as our operations are based there. This offers significant savings for customers outside Texas.
Changing Your Order
To modify your order at no additional cost, email us at support@VitalityandMedical.com. If there’s a price difference, we will adjust the charge on your card or send you a custom invoice. Please note that changes can only be made before the order has shipped.
