  1. Return Time Frame: You can return products within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

    • If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping will be your responsibility.
  3. Defective or Broken Products:

    • If your product is defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days, and we'll arrange the return at no cost to you.
    • Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.
  4. Change of Mind Returns:

    • You have 30 days to return an unused, unopened item if you change your mind. You will be responsible for return shipping.
    • Upon receipt and inspection, we'll refund the purchase price, minus shipping costs.
  5. Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
