At Vitality and Medical, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free, so we've made our return and refund process easy to understand:

Return Time Frame: You can return products within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

Shipping Costs:
- If the item you received is defective or incorrect, we'll cover the shipping costs for the return.
- If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping will be your responsibility.

Defective or Broken Products:
- If your product is defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days, and we'll arrange the return at no cost to you.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.

Change of Mind Returns:
- You have 30 days to return an unused, unopened item if you change your mind. You will be responsible for return shipping.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we'll refund the purchase price, minus shipping costs.

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- If you don't see your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@VitalityandMedical.com.
Please note, there may be a restocking fee depending on the situation.
